Privacy Policy

Ziyorate ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you browse or shop with us at ziyorate.store, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Order details — name, phone number, delivery address, and email when you place an order at checkout.
• Contact form submissions — name, email, subject, and message when you reach out to us.
• Newsletter sign-up — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Cart & wishlist — the items you add to your cart or wishlist are stored locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers until you place an order.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process, confirm, and deliver your orders.
• Coordinate Cash on Delivery or UPI payment for your order.
• Send order updates and respond to enquiries via email or WhatsApp.
• Improve our products, website, and customer experience.

Payment Information

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and UPI. For UPI orders, payment is sent directly to our UPI ID — we do not collect, process, or store your card, bank, or UPI app credentials on our servers.

How We Store Your Information

Order and account information is stored securely using Firebase/Firestore, Google's cloud infrastructure. We retain order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share the minimum information necessary — such as your name, address, and phone number — with delivery partners so they can fulfil and deliver your order.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at getziyorate@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
