Payment Information

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and UPI. For UPI orders, payment is sent directly to our UPI ID — we do not collect, process, or store your card, bank, or UPI app credentials on our servers.

Order and account information is stored securely using Firebase/Firestore, Google's cloud infrastructure. We retain order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share the minimum information necessary — such as your name, address, and phone number — with delivery partners so they can fulfil and deliver your order.
