Shipping

We deliver across Lucknow and surrounding areas. Delivery is complimentary within Lucknow; a flat charge of ₹60 applies to orders delivered outside Lucknow.

• Order processing: orders are prepared within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery time: 2-3 business days from dispatch.
• Order tracking: track the status of your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Returns

We want you to love your Ziyorate pieces. If something isn't right, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, for items that are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

To start a return, contact us with your order number:

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 business days:

• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer to an account of your choice.
• UPI orders are refunded to the original UPI ID used for payment.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
