Welcome to Ziyorate. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this site by anyone else.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our earrings and their prices accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error-free. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.
Orders can currently be placed using Cash on Delivery or UPI. An order is confirmed once it is placed for Cash on Delivery, or once payment is received for UPI orders. We reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to fulfil.
We deliver across Lucknow and surrounding areas, with complimentary delivery within Lucknow and a flat ₹60 charge outside Lucknow. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Full details on how to initiate a return and how refunds are processed can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.

Ziyorate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
